Researching the history of the Oklahoma Bombings for Radio 4

This was a project undertaken by Radio 4 produced by the Radio Documentaries Unit at the BBC. I worked alongside Georgia Catt (Missing Cryptoqueen, The Untold) to bring together a 15-part series telling the story of the Oklahoma Bombings. We track back 25-years to the day, and hear first-hand accounts from people who were there. From the cop who first stopped the bomber Timothy McVeigh as he fled the state, to the soldiers who served with him in the US Army.

It’s one of a number of investigative pieces of work I undertook with the Docs unit to help understand the ripple effects of key moments on our history.
